Once onboarding is complete, your engagement begins and we move into the ongoing coaching, consulting, and concierge support designed to help you move forward with clarity, coordination, and consistency.

Step 1 — Initiation Phase

Every engagement with NAIDA begins with an initiation phase.
During this stage, I review your current wellness landscape in detail. This includes your routines, priorities, health history, and the different professionals or approaches already involved in your care.
This process allows me to understand how the different elements of your wellness ecosystem interact and where greater clarity or coordination may be needed.
The goal of this phase is to develop a thoughtful foundation before recommendations or adjustments are introduced.
Step 2 — Membership
$4,500 per month
Membership payments begin once onboarding and strategy preparation are complete.

Concierge Membership — 3 Months
$4,500 per month
Three months allows us to establish structure, begin implementing your strategy, and introduce deeper coordination across the different elements of your wellness ecosystem.
This engagement combines coaching, consulting, and concierge support so that strategic decisions, research, and day-to-day questions can be addressed as they arise.
What this phase focuses on
• Bringing clarity and structure to the many moving parts of your wellness
• Aligning your routines, providers, treatments, and protocols so they work together
• Access to your concierge for questions, requests, and guidance between sessions
• Research and evaluation when new treatments, tools, or approaches are being considered
• Ongoing coaching and strategic guidance as your plan begins to take shape
Concierge Membership — 6 Months
$4,500 per month
Six months allows sufficient time to implement, evaluate, and refine your strategy across multiple dimensions of wellness while supporting meaningful and lasting progress.
The extended engagement provides ongoing strategic guidance along with concierge support for research, coordination, and questions that arise as your wellness strategy evolves.
Most clients choose the six-month engagement when their wellness ecosystem includes multiple providers, protocols, or areas of focus.
