Step 1 — Initiation Phase

Every Core engagement begins with an initiation phase. During this time NAIDA reviews your current wellness landscape, including your routines, providers, treatments, and priorities. We assess what is already working, identify areas that require alignment, and begin shaping your personalized strategy.
This preparation ensures your membership begins with clarity, structure, and thoughtful coordination.
Step 2 — Membership
$2,500 per month
Membership payments begin once onboarding and strategy preparation are complete.

Core Membership — 3 Months
$2,500 per month
Three months allows us to establish structure, begin implementing your strategy, and start refining the different elements of your wellness ecosystem.
What this phase focuses on
• Bringing clarity and structure to the many moving parts of your wellness
• Aligning your routines, providers, and treatments so they work together
• Ongoing coaching and strategic guidance as your plan begins to take shape
Core Membership — 6 Months
$2,500 per month
Six months allows sufficient time to implement, evaluate, and refine your strategy across multiple dimensions of wellness while supporting meaningful and lasting progress.
Most clients choose the six-month engagement to allow enough time for deeper integration and sustained results.
