Frequently Asked Questions

NAIDA is a private wellness management practice for women in midlife.
We help you make sense of your wellness options, determine what deserves your attention, and build a personalized approach to how you want to feel, look, and live.
That can involve your health, fitness, nutrition, beauty, treatments, routines, and lifestyle. Rather than approaching each decision separately, we help you see how the pieces fit together and, depending on your engagement, support you in putting your strategy into practice.
-
You may know what you want for yourself but feel less certain about the best way to get there.
Perhaps what used to work no longer works. You’re considering new treatments, reconsidering your routines, or trying to make sense of conflicting recommendations. Maybe you’ve already invested considerable time and money in your wellness without feeling that everything is moving in the right direction.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to us. That’s part of the reason NAIDA exists.

-
Not at all.
Perimenopause and menopause can bring changes that make women reconsider their wellness priorities, but they don’t define everyone we serve.
NAIDA works with women in midlife who want a more thoughtful, personalized approach to their wellbeing, whether they’re navigating hormonal changes, exploring new wellness options, or simply ready to approach this chapter of life differently.
-
Your existing providers may each be excellent at what they do. NAIDA serves a different purpose.
We look at your broader wellness priorities and help you understand how the advice, services, routines, and investments you’re considering fit into your life.
We don’t replace your physicians or other specialists. We help you make more informed choices about the nonclinical aspects of your wellness and, where appropriate, support the practical steps that follow.
You can keep the trusted professionals you already work with.
-
A health coach may focus on behavior change, habits, and accountability. A concierge service may help you access providers, arrange appointments, or manage logistics.
NAIDA brings a broader strategic perspective.
We combine personalized wellness planning, research, discernment, curated resources, and practical support. Coaching is part of how we support clients where it helps, but it is one tool within a broader strategy, not the service itself.
Our aim is not simply to recommend another service or help you maintain another routine. It is to help you make the right decisions for your circumstances and translate them into a more coherent approach to wellbeing.
The level of ongoing support depends on the service you choose.
-
Yes. Research and informed decision-making are important parts of our work.
Whether you’re exploring an aesthetic treatment, a wellness service, or a new type of practitioner, NAIDA can help you understand the relevant considerations, compare options, and identify questions worth asking before you commit.
We can also help you explore suitable providers and resources, taking your priorities and circumstances into account.
Medical suitability, diagnosis, prescriptions, and treatment decisions always remain with appropriately licensed clinicians.
-
That’s a valuable place to start.
Sometimes a wellness plan needs adjusting because it doesn’t fit your schedule, priorities, preferences, or actual life. Sometimes the recommendations themselves deserve another look.
NAIDA helps you examine what you’ve already tried, what has been useful, what hasn’t, and what might need to change.
The intention is not to add more obligations to your day. It’s to develop an approach that makes sense for you and is realistic to maintain.
-
The NAIDA Wellness Audit is a complimentary starting point for exploring your current wellness priorities.
You’ll answer a series of questions about your goals, existing approaches, challenges, and what you’d like to change.
You’ll then receive a personalized report by email, designed to help you reflect on where you stand and what may deserve closer attention.
There’s no charge and no obligation to become a client.
-
Your report is yours to review.
If you’d like to explore how NAIDA might help you move forward, you can schedule a private call with our founder.
During that conversation, we’ll discuss your priorities, what you’re looking for, and whether our approach is a good fit.
There’s no expectation that you must proceed with a service.

The private call is a 45-minute conversation with NAIDA’s founder.
It’s an opportunity to discuss what you want to achieve, what you’ve tried or considered, and where you might benefit from additional perspective or support.
We’ll also explain how NAIDA works and, if there’s a good fit, discuss which type of private engagement may be appropriate.
You don’t need to arrive with a fully formed plan or know which service you want.
-
Not necessarily. NAIDA offers different levels of engagement depending on your needs.
Some women want focused strategic guidance around a particular set of decisions. Others benefit from a more comprehensive plan and ongoing assistance with implementation and adjustment.
Our services range from focused engagements to more extensive private wellness management.
We discuss the appropriate options individually rather than expecting every woman to follow the same program.
-
NAIDA offers several levels of private service, with fees reflecting the scope and level of support involved.
Following the private call, we’ll explain the options that may suit your needs, what’s included, and the associated investment, so you can make an informed decision before proceeding.
Fees for outside practitioners, medical services, treatments, and products are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
